Shipping Policy

  • We ship from Stafford, Texas; standard shipping is 3-5 business days; Hazmat shipments cannot be expedited.
  • Orders ship within the day as long as the order was placed before 4pm CST, excluding weekends (Monday shipping for weekend orders).
  • Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday and Saturdays in some areas.
  • Changing the shipping address is possible as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. You can contact the carrier with your tracking info to request holds or changes in case the order has been shipped. 
  • We shipped to all areas of the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. 
  • We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses; it may cause delay if you provide us with a PO Box address.
  • Orders for pickup at our warehouse should be placed online first before contacting us for your schedule of pickup.
