Refunds/Return Policy

Smoke bombs must be shipped with a Hazmat courier because they're considered hazardous materials by the Federal Government. Hazmat shipping costs are set by UPS.

Since these are classified as Hazmat items, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on Hazmat products.

All returns for not HAZMANT items, except for damaged and defective reasons, will incur additional deductions on the total refund, such as:

  • The original Shipping cost (The cost incurred for processing the order)
  • The return label cost (Unless it will be returned by own expense)
  • The 15% restocking fee

  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your smoke bomb arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos or videos as proof. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement if deemed appropriate.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders for smoke bombs may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Non-Hazmat items ship free on orders over $99+. For orders under $99, shipping costs may apply. Smoke products can only be shipped by ground; we cannot offer air shipping due to federal regulations.
